§ 10-79. Transitional area between land and water.

The transitional areas of a substantially reclaimed limerock mining site between the minimum three (3) foot land elevation and the six (6) foot water depth must be graded to the slope of such transitional areas and shall not be steeper than five (5) to one (1). The transitional areas above water shall be appropriately planted in vegetation.
