§ 10-77. Topography and vegetation generally.

  • Substantially reclaimed limerock-mined land shall include only land areas that have been graded to a level, gently rolling, sloping or terraced topography, with major continuous slopes not steeper than four (4) to one (1); and in a way to minimize erosion, to break up long, uninterrupted slopes, and to make the surface suitable for revegetation. The reclaimed land areas shall be appropriately planted in vegetation, in accordance with locally accepted agronomic procedures.
