§ 10-67. Reclamation generally.

Topsoil at a limerock mining site shall be replaced and any altered land not under water shall be revegetated. The site shall be substantially reclaimed within one year following completion of mining. Revegetation shall be accomplished with preexisting species or other suitable species except that undesirable exotic species shall not be replanted or propagated.
