§ 10-59. Water recharge; sinkholes.

A limerock mining operation shall not detrimentally change the quantity of ground and surface water available for recharge to the Floridan Aquifer. It shall not allow storm water created by the mining operation or activities pertaining thereto to discharge or run off into an existing sinkhole.
