§ 10-22. Restoration of land or payment of civil damages upon conviction of violation.

Any person who is convicted of violating any of the provisions of this article shall, in addition to any penalty imposed upon him, restore the limerock mining site to its original condition, or, in lieu thereof, pay the damages to the land which result from his illegal acts.
