§ 10-18. Annual progress report and estimates.

The operator of a limerock mining operation shall file, on or before February fifteenth of each year, a written report, with the board of county commissioners, reviewing the reclamation progress for the preceding calendar year and identifying lands expected to be mined and the lands planned for reclamation during the current year. Such report shall be accompanied by a fee to be set by the board of county commissioners but to be no less than fifty dollars ($50.00).
