§ 10.8-81. Effect of street lighting assessment resolutions.

The adoption of the final street lighting assessment resolution or annual street lighting assessment resolution shall be the final adjudication of the issues presented (including, but not limited to, the apportionment methodology, the rate of assessment, the adoption of the street lighting assessment roll and the levy and lien of the street lighting assessments), unless proper steps are initiated in a court of competent jurisdiction to secure relief within twenty (20) days from the date of board adoption of the final street lighting assessment resolution. The street lighting assessments for each fiscal year shall be established upon adoption of the final or annual street lighting assessment resolution. The street lighting assessment roll, as approved by the final street lighting assessment resolution or annual street lighting assessment resolution, shall be delivered to the tax collector, or such other official as the board, by resolution, deems appropriate.
