§ 10.7-24. Violations.

Failure to comply with all provisions of this article at the time of application will result in rejection of the building permit application. Any person, who shall make any use of land or perform any other act within the scope of this article, for which a permit is required by the terms of this article, without having obtained such permit, or who shall make any such use or perform any such act after having obtained such permit but in violation of terms of such permit, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to restoration of the site to its original condition or payment of damages in lieu thereof.
