§ 10.6-43. Interaction with other laws.

This division shall be interpreted to be consistent with all applicable ordinances and resolutions of Polk County as well as federal and state law, regulations, and codes. The provisions of this division shall be supplemented by current management plans that are approved by the board of county commissioners.
