Article X. REGISTRATION FEES FOR SEXUAL OFFENDERS/PREDATORS, CAREER OFFENDERS AND CONVICTED FELONS |
§ 10.5-251. Definitions.
(a)
For purposes of this article, a sexual offender/predator is an individual qualifying as a sexual offender/sexual predator under Section 775.21, of the Florida Sexual Predators Act, including any amendments thereto, and Section 943.0435, Florida Statutes, and any amendments thereto.
(b)
For purposes of this article, a convicted felon is an individual qualifying as a convicted felon under Section 775.13, Florida Statutes, including any amendments thereto.
(c)
For purposes of this article, a career offender is an individual qualifying as a career offender under Section 775.261, of the Florida Career Offender Registration Act, and any amendments thereto.
(d)
For purposes of this article, whether a person is indigent shall be determined using the methodology contained in Section 57.082, Florida Statutes and any amendments thereto.
