§ 10.5-219. Penalties.

The county may pursue any enforcement action or legal remedy available under controlling state law and any legal remedy available to the county to include, but not be limited to, a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) unless otherwise authorized by state law or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding sixty (60) days unless otherwise authorized by state law, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
