§ 10.5-217. Local law enforcement options.

Unless there has been written notification to the contrary to the board of county commissioners, the provisions of this county ordinance shall be uniformly enforced throughout Polk County by all state and local law enforcement agencies. The governing board of any local municipality within the boundaries of Polk County may decline to enforce this article after written notification has been made to the board of county commissioners.
