§ 10.5-175. Incorporation of Florida Statutes.

Latest version.

The provisions of Sections 877.20 through 877.24, Florida Statutes, are incorporated into this article by this reference. The provisions of Sections 877.20 through 877.24 do not preclude enforcement of provisions in this article which are more stringent or less stringent than those provided in Section 877.22, Florida Statutes.
