§ 10.5-171. Legal duty of business operators.

A business operator of an establishment shall not knowingly permit a minor to remain upon the premises of the business during restricted hours. A business operator who knowingly permits a minor to remain or should have known that a minor remains on the premises of the establishment may be subject to a penalty listed in section 10.5-172, below.
