§ 10.5-94. Same—Fee.

Each application for an adult use license shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee in an amount required to off-set the cost of processing the application as set by resolution of the board. If the application fee for a license is approved and a license is granted, the fee shall be applied as a credit towards the annual license fee required for the first year pursuant to section 10.5-98 of this division.
