§ 10.5-135. Effective date.

Latest version.

Pursuant to Section 125.66, Florida Statutes, a certified copy of the ordinance from which this division is derived shall be filed with the department of state by the clerk of the board of county commissioners within ten (10) days after enactment by the board of county commissioners. This division shall become effective on October 1, 1992.
