§ 10.5-121. Working at establishments not possessing valid adult use licenses prohibited.

It shall be a violation of this division for any person to act as an employee of an adult use establishment that he/she knows or should know is not licensed under this division, or which has a license which is under suspension, has been revoked or cancelled, or has expired.
