§ 10.5-102. Change in name of establishment; notice to proper agency.

Latest version.

No licensee may change the name of an adult use establishment unless and until he satisfies each of the following requirements:
(a)

Gives the division of development services thirty (30) days' notice in writing of the proposed name change;

(b)

Pays the division of development services a three dollar ($3.00) change of name fee; and

(c)

Complies with Section 865.09, Florida Statutes (1990), the Fictitious Name Act.
