Section 43 of Ord. No. 92-25, the Comprehensive Adult Use Regulations Ordinance, adopted
Sept. 1, 1992, repealed § 10.5-2. Formerly, § 10.5-2 pertained to location of establishments allowing specified adult uses and derived
from Ord. No. 87-06, §§ 1—4, adopted July 7, 1987 and Ord. No. 90-10, § 1, adopted
May 15, 1990.
It shall be noted that §§ 1—42 and 44 of said ordinance also enacted new provisions
re adult uses which have been codified as Art. V, Div. 2, §§ 10.5-85—10.5-135, of this chapter.
