§ 10.3-66. Enforcement.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office shall enforce the provisions of this division in the unincorporated areas of Polk County. The law enforcement agency of each municipality shall enforce the provisions of this division in the incorporated area of the municipality which the law enforcement agency serves.
