§ 10.3-64. Documentation.

Any tow truck operator who provides nonconsensual towing services shall keep records of mileage, services provided and prices charged for each nonconsensual towing service and shall provide these records to any law enforcement agency upon request. The tow truck operator shall also keep complete time (hour and minute) records for each such service, including time of call out, time arriving at the location of the vehicle requiring towing service, time leaving the location of the vehicle requiring towing service, and time arriving at the location where the vehicle is dropped off or placed into storage.
